旧沥青路面回收料在水泥稳定碎石基层中的应用研究

  要:水泥稳定碎石基层中采用沥青路面回收料(RAP)代替部分粗集料颗粒可有效减少反射裂缝的出现,文章结合实体工程对RAP在水泥稳定碎石基层中的配合比设计及性能进行研究。结果表明:RAP掺量不宜超过55%,推荐配合比为A料(1931.5 mm:B料(9.519.5 mm:RAP:D料(04.75 mm= 26%:10%:46% :18%,水泥剂量采用4.5%,拌和含水量采用4.8%

Application of RAP in Cement Stabilized Macadam Base

Abstract: using the pavement recovery material (RAP) instead of some coarse aggregate particles in cement stabilized macadam base could effectively reduce the appearance of reflective cracks. This paper studied the mix design and performance of RAP in cement stabilized macadam base with solid engineering. The results showed that the dosage of RAP should not exceed 55%, the recommended mixing ratio was 1931.5 mm: 9.519.5 mm:RAP:04.75 mm=26%:10%:46%:18%, the dosage of cement was 4.5%, and the mixing water content is 4.8%.
