水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青粘结层研究

  :在制备水性环氧树脂和水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青防水粘结层的基础上,检测了制备的水性环氧树脂乳液中颗粒的粒径大小及粒径分布范围,以热塑性SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青材料为对比,分析了水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青防水粘结层的抗剪强度、拉拔强度与水接触角,结果表明由于热固性水性环氧树脂的改性作用,水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青防水粘结层抗剪强度、拉拔强度及防水性能明显优于SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青,是一种有巨大潜力的防水粘结层材料。

Research on Waterborne Epoxy Resin Modified Emulsified Asphalt Cohesive Layer

Abstract: Based on the preparation of water-based epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt waterproof adhesive layer, the particle size and particle size distribution range of the prepared waterborne epoxy resin emulsion were examined. Compared with thermoplastic SBS modified asphalt and rubber bituminous materials, the shear strength, pull strength and water contact angle of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified bitumen waterproof adhesive layer were analyzed. The results show that due to the modification effect of thermosetting waterborne epoxy resin, shear strength, pull-out strength and waterproof performance of the waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt is obviously superior to SBS modified asphalts' and rubber asphalts'. Waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt is a waterproof adhesive layer material with great potential.
